Confidentiality

At Glory Learning Specialists, we respect our clients’ privacy. Information regarding students and families is treated with the highest regard for confidentiality. We will not release any information to third parties without the parent's prior written permission.

Fees

Services incurring fees include, but are not limited to, hourly sessions for academic coaching/tutoring, consultations with parents, teachers, school, and others. This is for either in-person meetings, virtual, or by telephone.

Cancellation

Full payment is expected for same-day-cancelations and no-show appointments. No fee is incurred prior to 24 hours' notice.

Payment

Payment is due when services are rendered, preferably via ApplePay. Other arrangements can be pre-arranged on an individual basis.
